最近開始用 Window 10的電腦, 爬文得知 Window 10預設會開啟 UAC,
所以在Win10 安裝 bitnami 出現以下訊息
because an activated UAC on your system
some functions of xampp are possibly restricted. with uac please avoid to
install xampp to c:\program files (x86) (missing write permissions). or
